HIP #741, a dark bay or brown colt who had worked the co-second-fastest quarter at the under tack show - 21 seconds flat - sold for $700,000 to Donato Lanni, agent. The colt's dam is Tarlow, a Gr. I-winning daughter of Stormin Fever who earned $439,740 at the track. A short while later, HIP #885 sold for $55,000 to Grupo 7C Racing Stable. The chestnut colt is by Northwest's Storm Cat stallion, Flashstorm, who stands for $1,500 and whose second crop is at the races in 2014. The colt worked an eighth of a mile in 10.1 seconds at the under tack show.
