The Northwest Stud stallion show will be held at the farm on West Highway 40 on Sunday, Jan. 15, and will include food and refreshments and drawings for seasons to Gone Astray, Wrote, Flashstorm and Duke of Mischief. Gone Astray has just completed a sensational season in which his runners earned more than $2.3 million, led by Three Rules, who swept the three open divisions of the Florida Sire Stakes. Wrote, a son of two-time Eclipse Award winner High Chaparral, won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf, and his  first foals will run in 2017. Flashstorm boasted of stakes-winners Abounding Legacy and Golden Pirate in 2016, plus Gran Escarlata, graded stakes-placed in Venezuela. Duke of Mischief is a multiple graded stakes-winner who earned more than $1.9 million; his first foals will also run in 2017.
