Gone Astray gained his 19th winner of 2017 this week in Maryland, while the stylish Pregonera continued her sensational exploits in graded company in Venezuela and Flashstorm Lady did likewise in Puerto Rico. My Sangria broke her maiden at Laurel Park, with Alex Cintron taking her wire-to-wire in the six-furlong test and getting her home by nearly three lengths. The 4-year-old filly earned $10,260 for the effort as Gone Astray's earnings for the year soared to $437,214 . . . Pregonera, a Gr. I stakes-winner at three, captured the Gr. II Clasico Gustavo J. Sanabria at La Rinconada, just a few weeks after she finished second in the Clasico Starship Miss . . . At Camarero Race Track, Flashstorm Lady sat third racing five furlongs under Erik Ramirez, swung to the outside entering the stretch, and drew off to score by 2 3/4 lengths.  The 4-year-old filly bred by Northwest Stud has compiled a record of 6-5-3 in 28 starts and became Flashstorm's 12th winner of the year.
