There were two rich maiden special weight races for 2-year-olds carded at Gulfstream Park yesterday and the winners of both were first-time starters by stallions from Northwest Stud. In the $40,000 third race, Cinderela El Crome skipped over the sloppy track and went wire-to-wire under Eddie Castro, cruising home by four widening lengths. The Flashstorm colt bred by Northwest Stud was clocked in :59.47 and collected a check for $24,000 . . . Four races later, Three Rules, a son of Gone Astray, was sent off as the even-money favorite with Cornelio Velasquez and also won easily, taking the lead after a quarter and drawing away to score by 3 1/2 lengths. The colt stopped the teletimer in :58.54 and earned a check of $36,000. He became the 19th winner this year for Gone Astray, who is the 13th leading second-crop sire in North America with progeny earnings of $629,315.
